Do you have a recipe for and technique to achieve a plaited bread? I-understand this involves eggs in the mix?
Sorry for the late reply, I’ve been out of town.
Plaited breads can be made from standard bread dough formulas but often enriched and or sweet type doughs are plaited for decorative and texture reasons.
If you want a sweet type of formula for plaits a typical brioche is perfect for that.
