Sorry but I’ve another question.
For a bread I have in mind I will make a pre-ferment using a mix of flours and 50g Sourdough. After 12 hours I will add this to more flour and an additional 100g Sourdough.
In the App I’ve created 150g Sourdough in the Base Formula with the full quantity in the Sourdough section. I assign 50g to the pre-ferment but when it comes to the final dough it doesn’t recognise the remaining 100g.
Any suggestions on how best to treat this second quantity of Sourdough please.
